The goal is to ethically challenge those in the banking and financial sector and those in control of systems. They are all interconnected. Financial abuse seriously impacts health.
There will be 3 Panels for the hypotheticals with experts drawn from the wider community representing a transdisciplinary and holistic approach. All will focus on Domestic and Family Abuse and health outcomes. In particular, Mental Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
The panels are:
1: The Consequences of being Injured: Mental Health and Domestic Violence Victims/Survivors
2: Domestic Violence is destroying our children's health, why are there no consequences
3: Does the banking and insurance industry regard their role in Domestic Violence recovery as fundamental to supporting equality or not?
All panels will be broadcast.
