Self Care is at the heart of what we do. In fact WOW Chaplaincy often refers to itself as Chief Heart Officers for Business and Workplaces. Throughout the year we host get togethers that focus on Mind. Body. Spirit. It could be a breakfast talk, an informal get together or what we call ‘Wisdom Walks’  We train together, set ourselves a challenge and then enjoy the trek together. Often these treks have a spiritual dimension so it becomes a true experiences of getting in touch with yourself. Mind. Body. Spirit.
