WOW hosts regular gatherings: From discussions with leading influencers to round table discussions and experiential gatherings we talk about issues that matter. We call it Conscious Collaboration.
SAFETY AND WORK
Identifying and educating on emerging issues is a key component of our work. This campaign won The Healthy Workplace Award by the Mental Health Association of Australia and New Zealand.
CULTURE AND RESPECT
In order to create and sustain a more respectful workplace, WOW promotes 4 core gates that must be passed through to enable transformation. 1. Consensus for taking action 2. Mapping 3. Invitation and 4. Cultivation and Reinforcement
WOW works with women and families impacted by Domestic and Family Violence. We participate in a number of community programs, and Chaplain to women often needing someone to just talk with about their experience. Sense making is a critical part for women reclaiming their lives. They are not to blame and to achieve wellness often requires a woman examining their own values and belief systems to allow for healing to occur.
